When thinking about what makes someone effective in consulting on innovation and strategy, I often wonder how personality traits play into it—especially for people like me, an INTP. Our introversion, curiosity, and tendency to analyze can feel like both strengths and limitations, depending on the situation. But I’m starting to see how these traits might actually align well with the demands of this field.
